This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a busy, welcoming environment.

Position

Role: Front of House Team Member

Location: The Crawford, Bandon, West Cork

Employment Type: Part-time and Full-time roles available (with flexibility for seasonal variations)

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience; performance bonuses and ongoing training opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and professional service to all guests

Take orders accurately and efficiently

Serve food and beverages to a high standard

Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider team

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a hospitality role is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude with a team-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
